We offer organisations a support system and a continuous development of psychological competences to make it easier to be a good manager and employee in the forever changing reality. The result is long-term strong organisations.
Us who work in Sparringpartner have the same driving force but different experiences and competencies. What we have in common, and what created our driving force, is psychosynthesis, an emphasis in psychology that focuses on all people's potential. It does this by focusing on the healthyness of all individuals and investigating and working with what obstructs and binds energy. Thus, psychosynthesis is action-oriented in nature and great focus is placed on just energy levels. When we examine what obstructs us and neutralise the causes that create the obstacles, a lot of energy is released at the same time. That is also why we see the increased energy as such a potential for those companies that largely achieve their success with just people. With these organizations, a total energy boost is added through the energy released by the individuals.
All our sparring partners have at least two years of education in psychosynthesis and knowledge of its tools. We also apply tools taken from ACT, Acceptance and Commitment Theory, the New Age CTS (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Here too, the focus is on action and fast effects. Being able to achieve tangible results already after a 30 minute meeting requires that the tools we use are extremely effective. Our toolbox is well tested. With psychosynthesis and ACT, no more than 30 minutes are required for a lasting change. Obviously, however, different individuals with different needs need different long periods of time to experience a fully restored energy level.
Since we are licensed PDP partners, we obviously have the training that this well-tested tool requires.
